When Nancy arrived in Antalya in 2003, she completely fall in love with a complete abondonned and neclected state of Kaleiçi, the Old Town of Antalya.

For some reason, still unknown, she felt very much bounded and attached to Kaleiçi and dreamed of a small venue in this amazing and precious area.

In November 2014, her dream came true, when Cemil rented this building!.

In former days , going back to the 1950’s, this  buiding used to be a very well known adress in Kaleiçi, the first Rakı , Wine and Vinegar chellar in Antalya! For many years, nearly 20 years this building was abandoned and not been taking care of. Together with Cemil, she decided to open up an non-alcoholic tea & coffee lunchroom.

This was not an easy adventure, but after hard work and focussing on following her heart and soul, they managed to open up the doors of ÇaY-Tea’s in February 2015.

Nancy maintained the authentic caracter of the building but mingled this atmosphere with vintage, antiques, romantic and a touch of magic.

Because of it’s very unexpected interieur design style, ÇaY-Tea’s became in a couple of months a very popular venue for mainly the local population of Antalya.

We even may mention that this building has been used as the most popular ‘Selfie’ envirorement.

So many birthdays and special occassions, such as engagement partie’s , henna nights & wedding proposals have been celebrated in ÇaY-Tea’s.

We had to full honour of taking part of so many special and private moments of so many people from all over Turkey. We are still very happy and  grateful for these moments.

Besides all special ‘Bayram’ celebration days, the annual New-Years decoration of Çay-Tea’s used to be an exeptional and most beautiful decoration event in Kaleiçi.

In February 2020 Çay-Tea’s Lunchroom & DecoHome celebrated it’s 5th Anniversary and decided to pass through the concept to others and was published for sale.

Covid 19 came into the World and avoided these sales.

Too many requests after the Lockdown of so many old visitors, made us re-open  ÇaY-Tea’s Boutique Café.

A beautiful destination, an upgrade in heart and soul, directly located in the harbour of Kaleiçi, in Adalya Port Hotel.
